Our Story
Justice pour Tous Internationale (JPTi) was founded in April 2022 to address the critical gaps in justice faced by vulnerable communities worldwide. JPTi’s creation was a response to the need for a proactive organisation to hold perpetrators accountable and bridge the divide between global ideals and on-the-ground reality.

Our Mission
Justice pour Tous Internationale (JPTi), based in Geneva, Switzerland, is an independent human rights organization that meticulously addresses a broad spectrum of human rights issues through focused, strategic interventions. Leveraging extensive expertise in international law and advocacy, JPTi confronts and holds accountable both governments and corporate entities on several influential multilateral platforms, such as the United Nations, the Council of Europe, and the OSCE. This comprehensive approach is designed to protect vulnerable populations and promote systemic reforms that enhance global justice, dignity, and equality.

Additionally, JPTi promotes a traditional understanding of due diligence in business and human rights, emphasizing the primary role of the state in ensuring compliance and accountability, rather than relying on a Risk-Based Approach (RBA). Unlike RBA, which encourages businesses to conduct voluntary risk assessments, often resulting in overcompliance, derisking, and self-withdrawal from high-risk regions, this approach underscores the duty of states to regulate corporate conduct, enforce legal frameworks, and uphold human rights obligations. RBA-driven self-regulation frequently leads to corporate disengagement from markets perceived as risky, thereby exacerbating economic exclusion and weakening protections for vulnerable populations.
In alignment with this principle, JPTi also advances religious freedoms and children's rights and combats corruption. Through targeted international legal actions and advocacy at both national and multilateral levels, JPTi not only addresses individual cases but also spearheads long-term reforms aimed at strengthening human rights protections worldwide. This dual approach ensures that its interventions lead to substantive improvements in global human rights practices.

Our work is founded on independence and integrity, with funding sourced exclusively from membership fees, donations, and public subsidies, all in strict compliance with Swiss legal standards. This financial autonomy empowers us to collaborate effectively with international bodies, present cases of human rights violations to United Nations mechanisms, and establish critical legal precedents. Our core priorities include modernizing policing practices, protecting children's rights, combating corruption, and supporting human rights defenders worldwide.

Our Values
Equality
Justice pour Tous Internationale is steadfast in its commitment to advancing equality, striving to dismantle systemic discrimination and advocating for equal rights, regardless of gender, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, or profession.
Justice
Through strategic litigation and advocacy, Justice pour Tous Internationale seeks to confront and reform unjust laws and practices. By transforming justice from a mere ideal into a lived reality for all, we aim to empower vulnerable and marginalized people.
Defence
Our organisation is dedicated to the defence of human rights defenders, whistleblowers, journalists, entrepreneurs, marginalised and indigenous communities, as well as women and children. We provide comprehensive legal support and advocate for their protection on a global scale.

Building on over a decade of work with the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR), including direct support to multiple Special Procedures mandates and engagement with treaty bodies, Mr. Azizov maintains a well-established and active professional network within the United Nations system. He engages regularly with Special Rapporteurs, Working Groups, treaty body members, and senior OHCHR officials, while also collaborating with National Human Rights Institutions and contributing to processes related to the Global Alliance of National Human Rights Institutions (GANHRI), particularly in areas concerning institutional independence and compliance with the Paris Principles. In his current capacity, he further leverages and continuously expands this network through sustained interaction with ambassadors and diplomats within permanent missions in Geneva, facilitating access to international mechanisms and strengthening coordinated advocacy between civil society actors and multilateral institutions.

On 2 February 2026, he was elected by the Board as President of the Committee and re-appointed as Executive Director of the Association, thereby consolidating his leadership across both governance and executive functions within JPTi . In these capacities, he oversees both the strategic direction and the day-to-day management of the organisation, ensuring the effective implementation of its mandate in accordance with its statutes and governing decisions.
Mr. Azizov has delivered expert testimony before the Human Rights Council and actively participates in treaty body procedures and Special Procedures mandates. His ability to operate effectively at the intersection of United Nations mechanisms, diplomatic engagement, and civil society constitutes a central professional strength, enabling him to advance complex human rights cases with credibility, precision, and institutional impact.
