On 31 March 2025, Justice pour Tous Internationale (JPTi) formally submitted its contribution to the Independent Expert on the promotion of a democratic and equitable international order, Mr. George Katrougalos, in response to the call for input ahead of the 60th Session of the Human Rights Council (8 September – 3 October 2025).
📝 Our submission, titled “Bridging the North–South Divide:
Operationalizing the Principles of Accountability, Transparency, and Inclusiveness in Global Governance”, presents a rights-based, state-centered vision for fairer international cooperation. It emphasizes the role of Member States in implementing rights, addresses structural inequalities within UN mechanisms, and proposes the creation of a UN Special Rapporteur on the Rights of Entrepreneurs to safeguard equitable participation in the global economy.
We remain committed to reinforcing sovereign equality, procedural fairness, and the human rights of economic actors operating at the margins.
